PCS Cellular Amplifier
This amplifier uses two MRF19125 LDMOS power transistors to generate 80W
CCS at 1900 MHz.
The Power RF Section
This shows the output transistor and it's tuning network. It also
shows the connectors for drain voltage and gate bias.
Control and Bias Board
This shows the second layer of the amp containing the power and bias connections
to the RF board.
Microprocessor Board
This shows the third layer of the amp containing the microprocessor.
